Irene To is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and product management within the luxury retail sector. Currently serving as Head of Product at Selfridges since November 2019, Irene is responsible for developing and executing product vision and strategies aligned with business objectives. Previously, as Head of Digital, Irene managed a luxury e-commerce business, overseeing P&L, commercial plans, and a team of 30 to drive sales growth through innovative product features. Irene's career also includes roles such as Group Strategy Manager and International Digital Region Manager for Greater China at Selfridges, as well as consulting positions at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and IMS Consulting Group. Irene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Oxford.
