Maelia Ramirez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and customer service. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Customer Success Specialist at Self Financial, Inc. since February 2021, Maelia excels in providing high-priority support for customers, mentoring colleagues, and collaborating across departments to resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive experience.
