John Taylor Jr. holds an MBA, MSMIS, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Currently, John serves as the Director of Operations Strategy & Planning, Customer Solutions, and Banking Operations at Self Financial, Inc. Previously, John was a General Manager at Orchard and the Director of Product Operations & Process Optimization at ScaleFactor. John's extensive experience includes a role as Vice President and Senior Payments Product Manager at PNC, where John led Agile initiatives and developed product strategies. Additionally, John has worked as a Senior Management Consultant at SDLC Partners and as a Transportation Manager and Lean Six Sigma Lead at United States Steel Corporation. John holds a Post Graduate degree in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders from Texas McCombs School of Business, a Master of Science in Data Science from Robert Morris University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The College of Wooster.
