Cary Penniman is a seasoned software architect and engineer with extensive experience in designing and implementing innovative technology solutions. Currently serving as a Distinguished Software Architect at Self Financial, Inc., Cary focuses on aligning technical solutions with business goals in the Alt Credit vertical. Previously, Cary held the position of Chief Architect at LevelCredit, leading the design and deployment of groundbreaking platform architectures, and served as VP of Engineering at RentTrack, overseeing diverse projects across engineering disciplines. Cary's experience includes roles at Invoca, RightScale, Accsense, Inc., and Motion Engineering, where Cary developed critical systems and built automation for cloud infrastructure and real-time applications. Cary holds a B.S. in Computer Science from California State University, Fresno.
