Erica Lutterbein currently serves as Assistant Program Director and Permanent Supportive Housing Manager at Self-Help Enterprises, a role held since December 2021. Prior to this, Erica held the position of Chief Development & Communications Officer at Family Services of Tulare County from October 2013 to December 2021, leading efforts in community engagement, fund development, and communications for a nonprofit focused on supporting families and children. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Development at Sequoia Riverlands Trust, managing fundraising activities, and as Communications Coordinator, where Erica handled marketing and public relations efforts. Additional roles include Electronic Services Manager at Emory Federal Credit Union and Marketing Director at Weld Schools Credit Union. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Advertising Management from Ohio University and has completed nonprofit leadership programs at The Allstate Foundation and Harvard University.
