Rasneck Nathan is an experienced project manager specializing in agricultural development and agribusiness. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Self Help Africa since January 2021, Rasneck leads the EU-funded KULIMA BETTER project aimed at enhancing food and nutrition security for 402,000 farming households in Malawi. Previous roles include Project Manager at ADRA Malawi and agribusiness positions at Mott MacDonald and NCBA CLUSA, where Rasneck focused on agribusiness support, value chain assessments, and technology transfer for smallholder farmers. Earlier career experience includes positions at ACDI/VOCA and CNFA/RUMARK, emphasizing agricultural services and training. Rasneck holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Malawi's Bunda College of Agriculture.
