Mark Ireland has extensive experience in development and program management, currently serving as Team Leader for both Self Help Africa and the ENTERPRISE Zambia Challenge Fund since May 2020. Prior to this, Mark held positions such as Deputy Director and Head of Consulting Services at Partner Africa, as well as Head of Region for East Africa and Zambia at Self Help Africa. Mark's career includes roles like Director of Programmes at Partner Africa and Programme Development Advisor at Self Help Africa, alongside earlier positions in program review and research. Mark holds a Master's degree in Development Studies from the University of Bath.
