Esther Ainyo is a seasoned professional in community development with 17 years of experience, currently serving as Regional Program Manager at Self Help Africa since September 2006. In this role, Esther has excelled in managing partnerships and providing managerial, technical, mentoring, and administrative support to project partner staff and program officers over the past eight years. Prior to this, Esther held the position of Programme Coordinator at COU - TEDDO from May 2002 to August 2005. Esther holds multiple degrees from Uganda Christian University, including a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Management, and a degree in Development Studies from Makerere University.
