As the Lead Director at CVS Health from November 2018 to December 2023, Tony DeMichele managed multiple database teams, focusing on modernizing database operations and integrating public cloud solutions. Previous roles at Aetna included Director of Database Systems Engineering, managing teams responsible for the installation and maintenance of various database systems, as well as overseeing audit and compliance efforts. Tony DeMichele began a career at Aetna in 1983 as a Mainframe Software Engineer, progressing through various positions in computer operations and database management. Currently, Tony DeMichele is in retirement as of December 2023.
