Lantz Tooke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in servicing transfers and operations within the mortgage finance industry. Currently, Lantz serves as Vice President of Servicing Transfers at Selene Finance LP since March 2021. Prior to this role, Lantz held the same title at Fay Servicing, LLC from February 2016 to March 2021. Lantz's career also includes positions as Director of Operations at WNC First Insurance Services and Vice President roles at Bank of America, American Home Mortgage Servicing, and Saxon Mortgage Services. At Saxon, Lantz implemented critical reporting systems for managing delinquency data and directed teams overseeing acquisitions and document management. Lantz began the career at Saxon Mortgage as a Senior Asset Manager in REO. Lantz holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a degree from the University of North Texas.
