Rachel Morton has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rachel currently works as the Regional Director, Strategic Accounts at Select Medical, overseeing outpatient clinics and specialty rehab programs. Before that, they were a Business Development Manager at Champion Sports Medicine, where they provided non-surgical and post-operative care to individuals with orthopaedic and sports-related injuries. Prior to that, Rachel worked at Medical Consultants Network as a Senior Account Executive and an Account Executive. Additionally, they have experience in disability support services and office administration at The University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Rachel Morton attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and Social Psychology.
