Christi Shaw, PHR, SHRM-CP, has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Team Member Experience at SELCO Community Credit Union since August 2000, after progressing through roles including Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Christi Shaw oversees key HR functions such as recruiting, payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, FMLA/OFLA, and unemployment claims. Additionally, Christi Shaw served as Treasurer for the Willamette Chapter of Credit Unions from 2010 to 2012. Education includes an Associate's degree in Accounting from Lane Community College and graduation from Springfield High School.
