Kinga Pańczyszyn-Liśkiewicz is an experienced fundraising and project management professional currently serving as the Fundraising and Donor Relations Manager at Forum Dialogu since November 2022. In this role, Kinga is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, overseeing institutional grants, maintaining donor relationships, managing the fundraising budget, and leading a team of three. Kinga also works as an editor for Sektor 3.0, focusing on fundraising and collaboration between social organizations and businesses. Previously, Kinga coordinated fundraising for the PROJEKTOR program and held key leadership positions at BNP Paribas Bank Polska, where responsibilities included managing social projects and ensuring effective collaboration with various stakeholders. Additionally, Kinga has served on the Board of the Polish Donors Forum and has experience in research and evaluation with Tramwaje Warszawskie and Ipsos, as well as support roles in social project management at BGŻ Foundation. Kinga holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Warsaw and has pursued additional education in psychological support and education.
