Rendra Yoanda is an experienced education and psychology professional, currently serving as Vice Principal, Counselor, and Academic Program Manager at Sekolah Cikal since May 2015. In addition to these roles, Rendra leads programs in Leadership for the Student Council and Personal and Social Education, while also overseeing the Student Council and coordinating the Personal and Social Education Program. Concurrently, Rendra has been a Child Psychologist at Klinik Psikologi Pelangi since March 2015 and previously worked in similar capacities at Pulih Foundation and P2TP2A Depok. Rendra's background includes a Master's degree in Clinical Child Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia. Rendra also held a position as a Human Resources Generalist at PT Bina Sinar Amity in 2011, focusing on employee management, recruitment, and training development.
