Rosana Echigo is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the LATAM HR Director and CHRO at SEK Security Ecosystem Knowledge since June 2022, Rosana leads organizational transformations and oversees ESG and D&I initiatives. Prior to this, Rosana held the position of International HR Head at Eurofarma from 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included implementing corporate HR strategies across LATAM and managing HR due diligence during Mergers and Acquisitions. Rosana's prior roles include leading Talent Acquisition for Accenture, managing HR functions at Indra and EY, as well as various positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Rosana holds a specialization in ILR Industry & Labor Relations from Cornell University and advanced degrees in Economic Sciences, Business Administration, and Human Resources from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Rosana also has academic experience as a professor at UniP.
