Tyler Woodard is a Senior Researcher at SEIU Local 521, where Tyler works on external organizing drives by creating employer profiles and tracking legislative and policy developments. Prior to this, Tyler was a Labor Representative at the Oregon Nurses Association, creating strategic campaign plans for contract negotiations and recruiting contract activists during the COVID-19 pandemic. Tyler also has experience as an Owner/Operator at Lemon Creek Campaigns, an Internal Organizer/Researcher at OFNHP, a Temporary Campaign Coordinator at UFCW Local 555, a Researcher at AFSCME Council 75, and various roles as an Organizer at AFSCME.Tyler has a BA in Political Science from Western Washington University.
