Theresa Koch is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Seismic since December 2021. Prior to this role, Theresa held the position of Director of Talent at Lessonly, which was acquired by Seismic in August 2021. Theresa has extensive experience in employee engagement and talent development, having served as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at Emplify and the People & Culture Director at ClearObject, where significant achievements included the implementation of strategic HR functions and a comprehensive benefits program. Earlier career roles include positions at Salesforce, ExactTarget, and Aprimo, where Theresa demonstrated expertise in college recruiting and program management. Theresa holds a BA in Law and Society from Purdue University.
