Nam Le has worked in the pharmaceutical industry since 2014. Nam began their career as an Intern at AbbVie in 2014, and continued in this role for three consecutive years. In 2017, they became a Co-op/Contractor at AbbVie. In 2018, they joined Mersana Therapeutics, where they held the roles of Associate Scientist I and Associate Scientist II. In 2022, they moved to Seismic Therapeutic, where they currently serve as Associate Scientist II.

Nam Le attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2013 to 2017, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
