Sam B. is an experienced engineer and project manager currently serving as Engineer V at SEH since May 2024. Previously, Sam held the position of Water & Wastewater Process Engineer at Holland Board of Public Works from September 2018 to May 2024, managing capital improvement projects and collaborating with maintenance and operations staff. Prior to that, Sam was a Project Manager and Water Resource Specialist III at Fleis & VandenBrink, where effective communication and asset management for municipal wastewater facilities were key responsibilities. Sam began a professional career as a Biochemistry Technician at Ciris Energy, Inc., and has additional experience as an Associate Technician at NSF International, investigating bog ecology at Hillsdale College, and serving as a Camp Counselor. Education includes a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering Science from Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Hillsdale College.
