Kimberly Brown is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Principal and Director of Talent Attraction at SEH since March 2022, Kimberly is responsible for developing sustainable talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals. Prior roles include Director of Talent Management for the Southeast Region at WSP USA and Talent Acquisition Manager for the Southeast Region at AECOM, where Kimberly led teams supporting various sectors such as Environment and Transportation. Kimberly's background also includes significant positions at Parsons, where essential functions such as recruiting centralization were established, and previous roles at Lutech Resources, AccruePartners, and Spherion. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
