John Quattrocchi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support, project management, and product development within the consumer products and cycling industries. Currently serving as a Customer Technical Support Engineer at Segway since May 2018, John provides technical assistance and training for Ninebot products in North America. As a co-owner of EEC, LLC, John has focused on managing content projects, delivering training materials, and marketing collateral since January 2013. Previously, John held significant roles at Accell North America and Seattle Bike Supply, including Director of Purchasing and Product Development and Department Manager of Product & Purchasing, where management of multi-million dollar operations and team supervision were key responsibilities. John holds a Project Management Certificate from the University of Washington.
