Rosa Gatica Albornoz is an experienced professional with a background in customer service, management, and administration. Currently serving as an Ejecutivo at Vida Security since October 2022, Rosa previously held positions such as Encargada de Call Center y Gesti贸n Clientes at Automoviles de car, where responsibilities included overseeing call center operations and managing client relations. With more than a decade of experience at Ripley Chile as a Supervisora, Rosa led a team in the administration of customer loyalty initiatives. Past roles also include Jefe de gabinete at Servicio de Vivienda y Urbanizaci贸n IX Regi贸n, focusing on community engagement and project management.
