Hernan Rios has extensive experience in client management and operations, currently serving as Gerente de Clientes y Operaciones at Vida Security since May 2001. In this role, Hernan focuses on placing the customer at the center of business strategy, ensuring high-quality products and operational support, and fostering long-term relationships. Hernan previously held positions such as SUB GERENTE DE CLIENTES, where strategies improved customer retention from 5% to 26%, and Sub Gerente de Producción, leading process restructuring and digitalization projects to enhance efficiency. Hernan began a career in project management at ING from 1998 to 2002. Hernan holds a Master in Gestión de Negocios from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, a Diploma in Gerencia de Control y Análisis Financiero from Universidad de Chile, and a degree in Ingeniería Civil Industrial from Universidad Mayor.
