Alejandro Palacio Vasquez has extensive experience in actuarial and financial risk management, currently serving as Director in these fields at Seguros SURA since April 2014. Alejandro also held the positions of Director of Risk Modeling, Coordinator of Risk Modeling, and Analyst in Enterprise Risk Management at the same company. Additionally, Alejandro contributes as a mentor for professional internships at Universidad EAFIT from July 2015 to June 2024. Previously, Alejandro gained practical experience as an intern in asset management at Bancolombia in 2013. Alejandro earned a Master of Science in Data Science and Analytics from Universidad EAFIT between 2019 and 2021, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2014.
