Donna Miller has extensive experience in talent and employee development, currently serving as Talent Development Manager at Segra since April 2018. Prior to this role, Donna held several positions at Lumos Networks, including Manager of Employee Development, Manager of Training IT, and Quality Solutions Manager, starting in December 2004. In addition, Donna worked at nTelos - Wireline Services from October 2000 to December 2004 as Trainer and Training Manager, and at nTelos Wireless from September 1998 to October 2000 as Customer Service Team Lead and Customer Service Representative. Educational background includes studies at Blue Ridge Community College in Weyers Cave, VA.
