Philippa Hargreaves Assoc CIPD is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Director - Europe at Segen since January 2021, overseeing HR operations for a leading wholesale distributor in the solar energy sector. Prior to this role, Philippa held the position of Head of HR & Operations at Monocle International, a boutique executive search firm, from May 2014 to December 2020, and worked as a Consultant at ORESA Executive Search from September 2013 to May 2014. Philippa began their career in retail management at Ann Summers from November 2007 to August 2013. Philippa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human and Health Sciences with a focus on Psychology from The University of Huddersfield and has obtained various CIPD qualifications, enhancing expertise in HR practices.
