Rayner Tham is an experienced Senior Project Manager at Bang Zoom! Entertainment since September 2014, overseeing over 130 full cycle project productions for notable clients such as Capcom, Sony, and Netflix, while managing production pipelines for up to 25 projects simultaneously. In addition, Tham has served as an Audio Supervisor, supervising a team of 20 and leading audio operations across multiple studios. Previous roles include working as an Assistant at Artist Sounds Asia, a Coordinator at SYN, and a Temp Project Coordinator at 48 Projects Inc, contributing to music licensing, international production communications, and festival event management. Tham holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Berklee College of Music and a diploma in Music Performance from Koyo Conservatory in Japan.
