Ruba Ishak is an experienced professional in partnerships, community organizing, strategy, policy, and economics. Currently serving as a Partnerships Associate at Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) since April 2020, Ruba also contributes as a Community Organiser for Open Heroines, a platform that empowers women in open government and civic tech. Previous roles include Strategy & Operations Manager at Ground Truth Solutions, Policy Manager at The ONE Campaign, and Economist at the Australian Department of Defence, where Ruba focused on economic modeling and briefings. Ruba has a strong educational background, holding a Master's Degree in Economics from Aarhus University and a Master's Degree in Socio-Ecological Economics and Policy from Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Melbourne.
