Casey Rabiea has several years of experience in technical recruitment. From 2021 to the present, they have been working at Seesaw Learning as the Lead Technical Recruiter. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2020, they worked at The Trade Desk in various roles including Senior Recruiter and Senior Talent Acquisition Associate. In these positions, they were responsible for full recruitment lifecycle, training and mentoring new recruiters, strategic sourcing, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and participating in hiring and networking events. Before joining The Trade Desk, Casey worked at Brooksource as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter in the NYC/NJ operations.

Casey Rabiea attended Locust Valley High School from 2006 to 2010. Then, Casey pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Arts and Sciences at Penn State University from 2010 to 2014. Most recently, Casey completed the Certificate in Management Essentials program at Harvard Business School Online from 2019 to 2020.
