Rietha Gaybba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and accreditation, currently serving as a Senior Training Officer at SEESA (Pty) Ltd since July 2015, focusing on the administration of learnerships and skills programmes. Prior to this role, Rietha held the position of Skills Manager at POPUP from February 2008 to June 2015, where responsibilities included the initiation and management of accreditation processes with various SETAs. Rietha's career began at Tshwane South College, where from January 1996 to January 2008, the roles included Manager of Learnerships & Skills Programmes and involvement in managing accreditation with the Department of Education and SETAs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Technology (MTech) from Nelson Mandela University, achieved between 1985 and 1993.
