Ronja Hultkrantz is an experienced HR and talent acquisition professional currently serving as the HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at SeenThis since June 2021, where key responsibilities include implementing HR systems, supporting global managers, conducting training, developing company values, and leading talent acquisition for tech and product roles. Ronja also works as a Pilates Instructor at SATS Sverige. Prior to these roles, Ronja held positions at Randstad Sweden as a Tech Recruitment Consultant, where major tasks involved full-cycle recruitment within the Software Development field, and had experiences as a Recruitment Assistant, Contract Technical Recruiter, and Human Resources Intern.
