Pramukh Jeyathilak is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources and talent management across various leading organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of TalentLign Inc., since 2024, Pramukh helps organizations navigate complex talent challenges through digital innovation and industry expertise. As an Executive Advisor at SeekOut since November 2022, Pramukh contributes to optimizing talent acquisition and retention strategies. Previous roles include Group Head of Human Resources at LSEG, where oversight encompassed a £5B+ Data and Analytics division, and SVP, Head of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments, managing a personnel base of over 19,000 associates. Pramukh has also held significant HR leadership positions at Amazon Web Services, Amazon, Microsoft Corporation, and Accenture, demonstrating a strong track record in driving people strategies and organizational transformation in diverse global markets. Pramukh holds an MA in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the University of Madras and a BSc in Life Sciences from Madras Christian College.
