Daniel Stuart is an accomplished legal professional with over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry. Currently serving as General Counsel at Seeker Music since October 2023, Stuart previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Business Affairs at AWAL from December 2018 to October 2023. Prior to that, Stuart was a Partner at King, Holmes, Paterno & Soriano, LLP, where expertise included representing recording artists and entertainment companies, and overseeing due diligence for acquisitions exceeding one billion dollars. Additionally, Stuart worked as an Attorney at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, providing legal services for numerous successful concert tours. Stuart earned a J.D. in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, from 1992 to 1996.
