Justin Smigelsky, Esq. is an experienced attorney currently practicing at Seeger Weiss LLP since March 2019, where responsibilities include addressing issues related to probate, bankruptcy, and ethical matters in complex litigation, especially in mass tort settlements. Prior to this role, Justin served as a trusts and estates attorney at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP, focusing on probate litigation from June 2018 to March 2019. Earlier experience includes working as an associate attorney at Timothy J. Little, P.C., where involvement spanned probate and estate administration, divorce and family law, real property law, personal injury, and general litigation between October 2013 and June 2018. Justin holds a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University.
