Paulo Bittencourt de Araújo has a long history of work experience in the logistics industry. Paulo began their career in 2008 as an Analyst of Projects at CEVA Logistics, where they worked on projects related to logistics engineering, process mapping, and technology innovation. In 2012, they moved to Fiat Group as an Analyst of Projects, where they were responsible for the creation of an external warehouse of 16,000 m2. In 2013, they joined JSL S.A. as a Specialist in Projects. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Smart Logística as a Manager of Operations and Consultant of Projects and Operations. In 2021, they began working at Seedz as a Customer Success.

Paulo Bittencourt de Araújo completed a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on People Management from Universidade FUMEC - Oficial between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended Ibmec from 2006 to 2009, where they studied Business Administration.
