Anna Sivula is a legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and corporate law. Currently serving as Legal Manager and Senior Legal Counsel at SeedLegals since July 2021, Anna transitioned from private practice to legal tech, focusing on developing legal products and providing Virtual Legal Counsel through the General Counsel as a Service (GCaaS) model. Prior experience includes serving as Solicitor at AMD Solicitors, where Anna specialized in advising startups and SMEs on commercial legal matters. Anna's legal career began with a Paralegal role and progressed through various trainee positions, including work in commercial property and litigation. Educationally, Anna holds an LPC MSc in Law with Business Management from The University of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Southampton.
