Ileana 'Lee' Salazar Chavez has diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Spanish Interpreter at LanguageLine Solutions before moving on to become a Customer Service Representative at Netflix. In 2012, they joined CTS LanguageLink Inc. as a Lead Spanish Interpreter, where they also took on the role of training and supporting new interpreters. In 2016, they became a Lead Preschool Teacher at Hummingbird Preschool, implementing an anti-bias curriculum and providing support to children and their families. In 2019, they shifted gears to become a Nanny for a family until 2021. Ileana 'Lee' then joined GLOBO as a Spanish Interpreter, where they excelled in providing interpretation and conducting research to improve communication methods. In 2022, Lee took on the role of Project Management Intern at New Sun Road, P.B.C. before transitioning to their current position as the Operations Manager at SEED - Sustainable Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Development. In this role, they oversee operations while also contributing as a Content Creator, producing quality outputs for social media and website platforms.

Ileana 'Lee' Salazar Chavez has a diverse education history. Ileana 'Lee' obtained a Computer Information Systems Certificate from Los Angeles Trade Technical College, specializing in Computer Information Systems, from 2020 to 2022. In the same year, they also acquired an ITIL4 Certificate in IT Management from Global Lynx and CompTIA.

In 2022, Ileana expanded their knowledge in the field of Microgrid design and project management by completing an NFPA 70E & OSHA LOTO Certification program at Arizona State University.

Prior to these recent certifications, Ileana earned an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and Family Studies from Portland Community College, studying from 2015 to 2018.
