Amanda Edwards is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background in executive assistance and people operations within the mental health and wellness sectors. Currently serving as Operations Lead at Seed Health since November 2023, Amanda previously contributed to Real as Executive Assistant to the Founder/CEO, where a digital platform was developed to enhance mental health care. In a prior role as Director of People Operations at Kintsugi, Amanda supported innovative software solutions aimed at identifying clinical depression and anxiety through voice analysis. Additionally, Amanda held various executive assistant positions within prominent organizations, including MIRROR, Anonymous, and Aesop, while cultivating a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from The New School.
