Prior to joining Seed Beauty, Susana Baeza spent 15 years at JAFRA Cosmetics International, where roles included Principal Chemist for the Research & Development Color Category and Senior Color Technician. Susana Baeza began their career as a Lab Technician at Spatz Laboratories, serving from July 2000 to November 2007.
