Alan Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the private and third sectors. Currently serving as the Strategic Lead for Programme Development at SeeAbility since January 2022, Alan is responsible for leading complex projects aimed at organizational growth and enhancing the quality of life for participants. Previously, Alan spent over 18 years at Waitrose & Partners, excelling as a Branch Manager and Regional Operational Change Lead, where notable achievements included managing large teams and driving significant productivity improvements across multiple branches. A former Surface Warfare Officer in the Royal Navy, Alan also brings a wealth of leadership and operational expertise. Alan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences from De Montfort University.
