Charlie Maddox has held a variety of roles in the past 16 years. In 2020, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer of SEE ID, a company pushing the limits of real-time precision-based location technology. Prior to this, they were Principal at Miwok Global, a holding company for Tribal 8(a) companies, from 2018 to 2020. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Business Broker at First Choice Business Brokers. From 2012 to 2016, they co-founded FedVan, a company working with corporations to structure commuting programs. Finally, Charlie served as an Instructor Pilot in the United States Air Force from 2004 to 2012.

Charlie Maddox obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Florida State University between 1999 and 2004. Charlie then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Worcester Polytechnic Institute between 2011 and 2014.
