Michael Baringolts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Sedric.ai since September 2024, Michael has a strong background in aiding financial institutions in combating financial crimes through AI solutions. Previously, at ThetaRay from July 2021 to September 2024, Michael held roles as Customer Success & Project Manager, where responsibilities included team building and fostering customer relationships to enhance business value and satisfaction. Michael's career began in the Israel Defense Forces, serving from March 2013 to March 2019, attaining the rank of Company Commander in a Special Operations Reconnaissance Unit, leading over 100 operatives and receiving honors for leadership. Michael holds dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Laws from Reichman University, completed between 2019 and 2023, along with earlier education at The Hebrew Reali School and the IDF Junior Command Military Academy.
