Jordi Aragón Artigas, PhD, currently serves as the R&D / Synthesis Laboratory Manager at SEDQ Healthy Crops since June 2022, leading the research and development team in designing new organic synthetic routes and coordinating the scale-up of synthetic processes for industrial efficiency. Previously, Jordi worked as an R&D Scientist and organic process chemist, focusing on the development and scaling of organic synthesis. Prior experience includes a predoctoral researcher role at ICIQ from September 2017 to April 2022, where Jordi explored visible-light metallaphotoredox strategies, and various research assistant positions at Universitat de Barcelona and Instituto de Química Avanzada de Cataluña, emphasizing methodologies in organic synthesis and polymer systems. Jordi obtained a PhD in Chemistry from Universitat Rovira i Virgili, a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Universitat de Barcelona, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the same institution.
