Minh-Chau Hughes is an experienced professional currently serving as an Enterprise Resource Planning Business Analyst for Sedgwick County Government since December 2022. Prior to this role, Minh-Chau worked as a Future Ready Advocate for Wichita Public Schools - USD259 from September 2021 to December 2022, where efforts focused on reducing the disproportionate suspension and expulsion rates among at-risk students, earning recognition with a Good Apple Award. Minh-Chau also gained valuable experience as a Fermentation Specialist and Intern at Bio-Next from July 2016 to August 2021. Minh-Chau holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Wichita State University, completed in 2018.
