Shauna Nielsen has extensive experience in client services and claims management, currently serving as Assistant Vice President Client Services at Sedgwick since November 2011, with a progression through various roles including Director Client Services and Client Services Manager. Prior to Sedgwick, Nielsen worked at the Law Office of Kenneth W. Turner as a Legal Assistant and held multiple roles, including Claims Supervisor and Litigation Consultant, in the insurance sector. Additional experience includes substitute teaching at the Tracy Learning Center and an internship with the California Department of Justice. Nielsen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Police Science from California State University, Chico, along with several certifications in insurance claims administration and fraud identification from the Insurance Education Association.
