Nilesh Ugale is a Principal Engineer at SEDEMAC, where Nilesh has progressed from Software Engineer to Lead Software Engineer since joining in June 2017. Prior to this role, Nilesh served as Assistant Manager in Research and Development at Crompton Greaves from June 2015 to May 2017. Nilesh holds a degree from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology in Nagpur, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
