Robert Brown is the Director of Procurement Technical Assistance at SEDA Council of Governments since February 2003. Prior to that, Robert worked as a Buyer at Sanmina-SCI, Plant Administrator at Koroseal Wall Protection, and Purchasing Manager at CL Snyder Construction. Robert holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
