Nil Shah, the co-founder of the Staten Group, has successfully managed organizations in the business services, information technology, marketing, publishing, and apparel distribution industries. Prior to Staten Group and the acquisition of Security Source, Nil was Managing Director at Internet Venture Works, a venture operating services firm owned by several top ten LBO firms, Vice President of Corporate Development at the $200 million international marketing services company, Trans National Group, and supported the Salomon Brother’s derivatives trading and research group. Mr. Shah holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Yale University and a Master’s of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
