Tavia Bechtel, AMP, is currently a Project Manager at Synergy One Lending, Inc. since October 2024, bringing extensive experience in project management and business development from previous roles at Mann Mortgage, where Tavia served as a Business Development Project Manager and Event Project Manager. Tavia has a solid background in overseeing branch licensing and onboarding processes, alongside hands-on experience in customer service and operations from positions held at Meadow Lake Resort, Cowgirl Coffee, Don K Subaru Inc., and Montana Coffee Traders.
