Gene Carter is a seasoned leader in product management and marketing with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Product Management and Vice President of Products at OnBoard Security, Inc. – a Qualcomm Company since February 2017, Gene played a pivotal role in the successful acquisition of the company by Qualcomm. Responsibilities include overseeing product management and marketing, creating comprehensive branding and marketing strategies, and implementing marketing processes with tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Product Management/Marketing at Security Innovation, managing product lines at NXP Semiconductors, and leading regional marketing efforts at Philips. Gene holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University and an MBA in Marketing and New Venture Management from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business.
